The real estate market here has faired well in tough times...FHA eligible housing sells in an average of 88 days in homes under $200K and 121 days in homes $200K-$400K in the last 180 days. Some areas are sluggish - especially were competition from new construction draws interest with the many extras available that private sellers can't always match.
